Bridging people, technology, and AI to create meaningful products that solve complex problems and earn users' trust.
I'm an AI Product Manager and UX Researcher with a background in Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, and Human–Computer Interaction. I am currently focusing on AI Product Management and the design of trustworthy AI-enabled products.
My career started in engineering — fascinated by algorithms, robotics, and intelligent systems. Over time I became increasingly drawn to the people behind the technology, which led me into UX research and human-centered design.
Eventually I realized what excites me most is bringing people, technology, and business goals together to create products that solve meaningful problems. That's what led me into Product Management.
Today I work at the intersection of product strategy, user research, and emerging technologies — turning ambiguity into direction and helping multidisciplinary teams move from ideas to real-world impact.
Beyond product development, I have always been passionate about learning and teaching. Over the years, I have taught university students, school children, and adult learners — experiences that strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas in simple and meaningful ways.
A common thread throughout my work has been trust. Whether designing digital health solutions for older adults, researching security for vulnerable communities, or exploring AI-powered experiences, I keep returning to the same question: How can we build technology that people not only use, but genuinely trust?
My interest in AI grew from a simple observation: many of today's most important product decisions are no longer purely about interfaces or workflows, but about how intelligent systems support human decision-making. I am particularly interested in building AI-enabled products that remain transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely useful for people.
National cybersecurity and digital learning platform. Led end-to-end product delivery from roadmap to release, coordinating UX, engineering, research, and 3 external vendors within a cross-institutional matrix organisation.
AI-supported product design platform. Delivered 2 validated MVP releases on schedule, applied prompt engineering to prototype conversational AI interfaces, and accelerated tool adoption through Change Management co-design workshops.
EU-funded cognitive training platform for older adults. Reduced user error rate by 28% and improved onboarding for 60+ participants by redesigning core flows and producing Figma prototypes. Cut requirement revision rounds by 40% via 8 co-design sessions.
EU-funded digital citizenship initiative. Reduced digital skill gaps by 45% across 3 partner organisations through structured training sessions whose insights fed directly into platform feature decisions.
Privacy-aware digital safety platform. Defined product requirements and a scalable roadmap by translating qualitative user-behaviour analysis into use cases and clear interface descriptions between business and IT.
Supported data integration between cybersecurity platforms at a German startup. Processed cybersecurity data from US sources in JSON format, supported transformation into knowledge graph structures, and worked with Docker containers and Windows Server environments. This early exposure to cybersecurity infrastructure and data-driven systems directly informs my current focus on AI product management.
During my late teenage years, I worked independently with schools to create photography and video content for students and school events — photographing and filming celebrations, editing the content, and producing interactive multimedia CDs for individual students and families. This early project developed my sense of storytelling, visual communication, and direct client coordination, and was my first experience of owning a creative process from start to finish.
Taught undergraduate courses to technical students at age ~25, translating complex computer science topics into clear, practical knowledge. Prepared course materials, delivered lectures, and supported students in developing both technical and analytical skills.
Provided mathematics and English tutoring to primary school students, adapting teaching approaches to different learning needs and cultural backgrounds. An exercise in patience, empathy, and clear communication across language barriers.
Facilitating online meditation sessions for Persian-speaking participants, helping individuals develop mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional well-being practices. Combines 13+ years of personal practice with structured facilitation.
The same curiosity and creativity that drive my work as a product manager show up in everything I do outside of it. I believe that people who cultivate diverse interests tend to ask better questions, notice more, and build more human products.
I'm currently open to new opportunities in AI Product Management and digital platform roles. If you'd like to talk about a project, role, or collaboration — I'd love to hear from you.
